Similar to our adjustable nipple clamps these big nipple clamps are large clothespin style clamps. The clamps are similar to little metal clothespins with vinyl coating on the ends. They are attached by a silver colored chain. Tension can be adjusted with a screw to allow for a range of sensations enabling you to achieve just the right result. The larger size of these clamps is helpful because they are easier to adjust than normal clamps and are also able to squeeze a larger area, particularly useful if your subject has large nipples.
