This deluxe stainless steel and leather collar is made of a shiny 25mm (1 inch) steel band mounted on top and a soft black garment leather collar approximately 31.25mm (1.25 inches) wide layered underneath. It closes by means of a sturdy lockable hasp at one end that fits through any one of three round holes on the other end. There is a large nickel plated D-ring near the hasp in case you want to attach a rope or some other implement. There is a heavy duty nickel plated O-ring riveted into the middle of the collar for decoration or for other attachments. This collar requires a padlock to keep it in position and prevent the wearer from being able to remove it. These padlocks are available separately
