The double plug has two separate electro pads each positioned along the plug to stimulate precise areas. A second smaller pad is positioned opposite the first along the plugs head where it can stimulate the prostate and the surrounding erectile tissues. One or both can be active. With only one active the other Low Profile Lead must be connected to another single electrode device such as a Penile Ring or Sparkler for current to flow.

The single plug uses an electro pad that encapsulates the entire plug head. This concentrates the energy inside the anus where it can make strong contact with the prostate and erectile tissues. Single conductive anal plugs require another single conductive electro device to complete the circuit.
