These cuffs are similar in design to our basic locking cuffs only more "heavy-duty." They are wider and made of heavier leather, with a larger hasp. Made of extra-thick, black latigo leather, each ankle cuff is 3.25" wide and will fit ankles approximately 6" to 10.5" around and each cuff is 2.75" wide and will fit wrists measuring approximately 6" - 9.5" around. Comfortable and extremely secure. The hasp needs a lock snap hook or some other fastener which is not included.
